Use of services

SpeedType.ai provides adaptive typing practice — diagnose bottlenecks, drill weak spots, and retest. By using the Services you agree to use them only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services
• Use the Services for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose

Intellectual property

The Services and materials on them (including text, graphics, logos, and software) are the property of SpeedType.ai or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purposes. You may not copy or redistribute Service materials except as ordinarily permitted through normal use of the product.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it current.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use or other security issues.

User content

By submitting content through the Service (for example support messages), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content as needed to operate and improve the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. SpeedType.ai does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Typing metrics and drills are informational practice aids, not professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpeedType.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe conduct violates these Terms or harms other users or the Service.

Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SpeedType.ai is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
